Carol DeLong
Carol DeLong (1930-2003) was the first woman to lead as Mayor of Falls Church City, devoting eight of her 16 years on City Council to the position. Her many accomplishments include advancing affordable housing, regional transportation projects, the W&OD Trail bridge, streetscape improvements, and the East Wing of City Hall.
