1. Pine Creek Path Marker
A Seneca trail from the Genesee to the Susquehanna at Jersey Shore, forked one mile south of here. One branch ran through the gorge of Pine Creek; the other crossed the hills, following Darling Run and Babb Creek back to Pine Creek at Blackwell.Erected 1951 by Pensylvania Historical and Museum Commission.

2. Wide view of the Pine Creek Path Marker
The some of the route of the foot path has now become U.S. Route 6 (Grand Army of the Republic Highway) used by thousands of cars and trucks each day. This includes competitors of the Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally, covering some of the same path as Native Americans did hundreds of years ago, as they transit to the competitive stages of the event.

4. The Fork of the Pine Creek Path
Looking southwest to the head of Pine Creek Gorge where the path emerged from the floor of the 800 foot deep gorge at Ansonia, which was a seasonal hunting ground. The path then headed northwest to the Genesee River.

5. Pine Creek Gorge
Viewed from the eastern rim of the Pine Creek Gorge, at Leonard Harrison State Park, the Pine Creek Path ran along the floor of the 800 foot deep gorge.
