1. Titusvillia Drakei Caster Marker
Inscription. In ancient seabottom rocks exposed in this stream, the Holotype Specimen of a rare fossil sponge was found by Paleontologist Kenneth E. Caster. In 1939 in recognition of the support which brought the sciences of geology and paleontology to such eminence he named this new species in honor of the oil industry's birthplace and its founder.
 
Erected 1993 by The Colonel Inc. Drake Well Museum.
